💼 Your Role

This position is very close to the Country Manager function: you will be responsible for identifying, visiting, and securing potential branch locations for GoldUnion. You will work closely with local estate agents, oversee contracts, and coordinate with our legal team to ensure all agreements meet our requirements.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential locations across the United-Kingdom for new GoldUnion branches 🚗

• Contact local estate agents and negotiate lease terms on behalf of GoldUnion

• Ensure all contracts are verified and coordinated with GoldUnion’s legal team ⚖️

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure locations meet operational requirements

• Maintain accurate records of site visits, proposals, and agreements

👷 Your Profile

• Experienced in property sourcing, real estate, or operations coordination

• Comfortable with extensive travel across England or the United-Kingdom

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and capable of coordinating with legal and internal teams

• Autonomous, proactive, and highly organised

• Full UK driving licence required

• Flexible schedule based on branch needs and travel requirements
