Your Responsibilities:
As an HR Manager, your main duties will include:

➡ Administrative management
➡ Payroll management
➡ Recruitment management
➡ Drafting contracts and amendments
➡ Coordinating medical check-ups
➡ Organising training and onboarding for new employees
➡ Handling disciplinary procedures

You will be the point of reference for managers and oversee all types of events within GoldUnion.

Remuneration:
We offer a monthly gross salary of €3,918, plus recruitment bonuses of £250 for each successful hire upon achieving targets.

Working Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Initially, this role will be home-based until our offices in central London open.
